APPLICATION:

Yucca extract is an excellent natural foaming agent for use in a wide variety of food and beverage applications, particularly where a stable foam is required such as carbonated and cocktail beverages. Other applications include its use as a whipping agent for non-dairy products. Typical usage levels as a foaming agent will be in the range of 50 – 500 ppm.

PACKAGING:

Standard pack sizes for this product is 5-gallon pails, 55- gallon drums and 250-gallon totes in food approved poly.
